RETURN AND WARRANTY POLICY

We want cancelling, returning or exchanging an item(s) to be as easy as possible. We are in the office from Monday to Friday from 9am till 5pm CST to assist in every possible way. Please keep all original packaging for placing the request.

DOMESTIC RETURNS POLICY

Cancellation

- Order cancellation requests must be made only within 12 hours of payment confirmation. All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours business hours of confirmation of payment. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped within 24-48 hours starting Monday at 9 am CST. All cancellations are subject to a 4% fee.

Return or Exchange

- Returns/Exchange may only be requested within thirty (30) days of delivery. Buyers will be responsible for return shipping, unless there is an issue.
- It's the customer's responsibility to make sure the item is shipped back to us in the condition we shipped it in. Adding a full declared value is highly recommended.
- All computers undergo fraud protection and verification that all parts are not tampered with.
- Refunds are processed within three (3) business days of return. Alternatively, store credits can be requested by customers planning to order a replacement.
- Products are not eligible for return after thirty (30) days from delivery.
- Customer IDs are required to open a return to prevent return fraud.
- Returns for buyers remorse or changing of mind are subject to a 4% restocking fee.
