About this iMac

The Apple iMac Intel Aluminum released June 2014 had some uniqueness of its own from the other models such as the 802.11ac Wi-Fi which is backward compatible with the 802.11 a/b/g/n Wi-Fi. It had a non-upgradeable 8 GB of 1600 MHz PC3-8500 LPDDR3 SDRAM. The “thick-at-the-middle-thin-at-the edges” design remained the same in this release of the computer just as the late 2012 version. This computer had all the needs of this generation of computing packed into its 450mm×528mm×175mm and featured a lightweight of 12.5 lbs (5.68 kg) casing.
