    We load OS Sierra on all of our Macs. We can load any Mac OS upon request. Simply leave a note when checking out.

  • What does "refurbished" mean?

    Refurbished means the device was thurougly cleaned, inspected, and restored to manufactor settings.

  • What type of return policy do you have?

    If you don't like it, return it anytime within 30-days and receive a full refund. We also offer expidited repairs if you have any issues within 90-days so you can rest assured.

  • What type of battery life can I expect?

    All Macs have been tested with at least 85% original capacity. mAh is the best way to judge battery life and all our Macs.

  • Does my computer come with a charger?

    All computers come with chargers unless otherwise stated in the description.

  • How long will it take to get my Mac?

    All Macs are professional cleaned and reinspected at the time of sale. With the large spike in demand and lack of resources our handling time has been extended to 48-business orders. You can choose your transit speed when checking out. Fedex Ground 1-5 day is standard and free.

  • Can I order outside of the United States?

    Yes, but there is a $129 shipping fee for out of country. We are required to ship to your Confirmed PayPal address.

  • Are there customs taxes outside of the United States?

    Yes, customers purchasing outside of the United States will be required to pay customs fees.

  • What is free shipping?

    We offer free Fedex Ground shipping most of our products.

  • Can I purchase a warranty after purchasing the device?

    You can purchase warranty with our partner SafeTechWarranty.com within 30-days of receiving your device.

  • What does the warranty cover?

    The warranty covers all parts of a device except for the battery. We often refer to battery's being like tires on a car. Eventually they will require service and replacing.

  • What happens after I file a claim?

    A claim specialist will be assigned to your case and help you find out the best way to get your device back up and running. SafeTech Tech's also provide live tech support to aid in the fastest possible resolution.
