RETURN AND WARRANTY POLICY

We want cancelling, returning or exchanging an item(s) to be as easy as possible. We are in the office from Monday to Friday from 9am till 5pm CST to assist in every possible way. Please keep all original packaging for placing the request.

DOMESTIC RETURNS POLICY

Cancellation

    • Order cancellation requests must be made only within 12 hours of payment confirmation. All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours business hours of confirmation of payment. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped within 24-48 hours starting Monday at 9 am CST. All cancellations are subject to a 4% fee.

Return or Exchange

    • Returns/Exchanges may only be requested within thirty (30) days of delivery. Buyers will be responsible for return shipping, unless there is an issue.
    • The customer is responsible to get the device back to us in the same condition it was received. Any damages resulting from return shipping may be deducted from the total refund. Adding a full declared value (insurance) is highly recommended. 
    •  All computers undergo fraud protection and verification that all parts are not tampered with.
    • Refunds are processed within three (3-5) business days of return. Alternatively, store credits can be requested by customers planning to order a replacement.
    • Products are not eligible for return after thirty (30) days from delivery.
    • To avoid fraud we may request a buyers ID
    • Returns for buyers remorse or changing of mind are subject to a 4% restocking fee.
    • All iCloud locks, find my locks, and all associations tied to the computer must be removed from the computer to receive a refund.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

International Returns

Eligibility:

  • International customers can return products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for international returns.
  • Once the return is received and inspected, we will process a refund for the purchase subtotal. In the case of a confirmed hardware issue, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.
  • The customer is responsible to get the device back to us in the same condition it was received. Any damages resulting from return shipping may be deducted from the total refund. Adding a full declared value (insurance) is highly recommended. 

Warranty

Standard Warranty:

  • Our products come with a 90-day standard warranty covering diagnostic fees, repair, and labor costs, and return shipping after service completion.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs to our service center.

SafeTech Warranty Coverage:

  • An extended warranty is available for purchase, which covers diagnostic fees, repair, and labor costs, and return shipping after service completion.
  • Like the standard warranty, customers are responsible for shipping costs to our service center.

International Warranty:

  • Both the standard and SafeTEch Coverage warranties are voided if the product is transported outside the United States.
