What’s not covered by the SafeTech Protection Plan?

The SafeTech Protection Plan covers defects and accidents from normal handling, including drops, spills, cracked screens, and power surges. However, it does not cover theft, loss, cosmetic damage, or intentional damage to your device. For more details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions. Keep in mind that a service fee applies to damage repairs, which must be paid using a valid credit or debit card before service or reimbursement is provided.

How do I get my device repaired under the SafeTech Protection Plan?

To file a claim, visit our partner website. After filing a claim, we will determine the best course of action and either set up a mail-in repair or schedule a repair with a local service provider when possible. You will receive a response within 48 business hours with the next steps. If repair is not possible, you’ll receive payment for the device amount minus tax.
