What happens after I submit my trade-in?

SellMac sends your confirmation and, for eligible devices, prepaid UPS shipping instructions. After your device arrives, SellMac inspects it and confirms the final value before payout.

How is my estimated trade-in value calculated?

Your estimate depends on the exact device, configuration, condition, included accessories, and current trade-in pricing. The value shown before shipment is an estimate; final value is confirmed after SellMac receives and inspects the device.

How do I ship my trade-in?

After you complete an eligible trade-in, SellMac emails prepaid UPS shipping instructions. Follow that email to pack and send the device. Do not ship the device before you receive the official SellMac label.

What is No Parts to Waste™?

No Parts to Waste™ is Techable’s reuse and recycling initiative for qualifying technology that may no longer fit a normal paid trade-in path. Eligible devices can be routed toward reuse, parts recovery, or responsible recycling.

What kinds of devices can I trade in?

The live trade-in catalog includes supported Macs, MacBooks, iPhones, iPads, and other eligible technology. Available models and values can change as the catalog and market pricing are updated.
