I have a newer iPhone - which version should I get? 

I know - it's confusing...but Apple switched to a generic USB-C connector with their iPhone 15 models, which were released in late 2023. So, if you have an iPhone 15 or later, you need the USB-C version.  If you have an iPhone 14 or earlier, stick with the MFi Certified Lightning version. 

What is MFi Certification? 

As with all CANVAS products, our goal was to create a microphone that will become a long term part of your creator kit.  That's why we went the extra step of certifying our mic with the Apple's official lightning connector, rather than using a generic knock-off.  Generic lightning connectors that aren't MFi certifed are cheaper in the short run, but they ultimately may fail with the release of Apple's next OS.  Being MFi certified means that the CANVAS wireless microphone will be fully compatible with your Apple lightning device long into the future!
