The Estate Grill in Its Most Compact Size
The American Made Grills Estate 30 is a built-in gas grill for smaller outdoor kitchen islands, made from #304 stainless steel and built, factory tested and serviced in the USA. It is the Estate in its narrowest form, and it arrives ready to grill, sear, roast on a spit, smoke and griddle, so you are not buying the extras one at a time.
Two Red Brass Burners Plus a Rotisserie Burner
Two red brass burners heat the main grates over a bed of ceramic briquettes, and an infrared burner across the back of the hood handles rotisserie cooking. A heat zone separator splits the grates, so you can run one side hot for searing and the other lower for chicken or vegetables. The heavy-duty 8mm square grates give strong grill marks.
The Rotisserie Kit, Sear Burner and Griddle Come With It
The rotisserie kit stores its spit inside the grill. The drop-in infrared sear burner adds high, direct heat for searing steaks, and the stainless griddle plate and smoker tray cover breakfast and wood smoke. A spring-assisted hood, interior halogen lights and LEDs over each knob round it out.
Best for Smaller Islands That Still Want Everything
Choose the Estate 30 when the island is tight on space or you usually cook for a few people. If you want a third burner and more grate area, the Estate 36 is the next size. If you would rather choose your accessories, the Estate Freedom 30 is the same grill with stainless steel burners and the extras sold separately.
Cut the Countertop for This Model Only
Each Estate size has its own cutout, and the Estate opening is deeper than the Atlas, so settle the grill before the countertop is cut. In an island framed with wood or other combustible material, AMG requires its grill liner. The manual also sets clearances to nearby walls and at least five feet to anything overhead, with a vent hood required under a combustible roof. Run an outlet to the island for the lights and rotisserie motor, and have a qualified installer connect the gas; the orifices for the other gas ship with the grill.
