The condition refers to the visual appearance of the device. Each device is thoroughly inspected and found to be in perfect working condition.

Excellent condition devices will only have minimal wear that is hardly noticeable. -

Great condition will show light signs of wear including scratches, scuffs, or small dings. Wear will be minimal but may be visible from an arm’s length distance. -
Good
Good condition with average signs of wear including scratches, scuffs, or dings that will be visible within an arm’s length distance. -
Fair
Fair condition with heavy signs of wear may include scratches, scuffs, screen delamination, dings, or dents that will be visible from more than an arm’s length distance. -

What is Annealing & Why is it Necessary?
Plastic products are placed in a heated liquid medium or hot air circulation box at a constant temperature for a period of time, and then slowly cooled to room temperature, using heat to accelerate the relaxation of macromolecules in the plastic, thus eliminating or reducing the residual stresses in the products after molding.
Eliminate the local stress concentration phenomenon produced by different cooling speeds during the cooling and curing process of plastic products.

How to Anneal?
- Select the Temperature: Determine the right temperature based on the material.
- Control Heating Rate: Ensure the part is evenly heated.

- Manage Cooling: Allow for gradual cooling or use controlled cooling for the best results.
Tips for Successful Annealing!

- Test with small models first to reduce trial-and-error costs.
- Allow for shrinkage, and adjust your design accordingly.

Intelligent protection system, an alarm beep will sound if the temperature exceeds the preset value by 10°C or the machine continues to work improperly.
