How to ship your device
In order to get the full value of your device, you need to ensure nothing breaks on the trip to us.
Below are a few helpful steps on how to get your device ready for shipping.
Pack all of your items listed on the packing slip. Please remember to include a copy of the Packing Slip. To prevent damage during shipping, please use adequate packing materials. Seal your package securely and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package.
We provide free prepaid shipping labels to make things fast and easy for you. Once everything is
packed up, please drop the box off or schedule a pickup with your local UPS location. If you'd prefer, you can use your own shipping label.

Once we receive your package, our techs will confirm that your evaluation of condition matches ours.
