This versatile starter scope has an aperture that is large enough to deliver revealing looks at the Moon, the planets and some of the brightest deep sky objects. It also comes with a special mount that allows users to attach their smartphone to the telescope and easily locate celestial sights using the ARTelescope App. While using the app, observers will hear facts about the constellations and planets in the application’s database as they come into view.
The telescope also comes with two interchangeable eyepieces to allow for magnifications of both 20x and 40x; a solar filter that lets observers safely view the Sun; a full-size tripod with an easy-to-use panhandle mount; and a travel bag and dew shield cap to protect the telescope when not in use.
